Morten is the owner and main guide at Rostille Guiding. He is Norwegian, and has been working as a professional nature guide his entire career - in places such as Nepal, Antarctica, Greenland and Svalbard.
Morten is educated in "friluftsliv" and as an Arctic Nature Guide through Tromsø University. As well as this, Morten is an endorsed IPGA guide.
Morten has extensive knowledge and experience in arctic expeditions, and a real passion for the outdoors. Morten is great at sharing his knowledge and providing participants the best tools possible to enjoy and master both large and small adventures.

Rakel is the expedition contact in all of our adventures. She provides the weather forecast and help the guide and guests remotely during the expeditions. She will also answer queries, help with the planning of expeditions, and other administrative tasks.
Rakel has an LLB in law from university of Essex. She has years of guiding experience from Svalbard, and good knowledge about the arctic nature.
Rakel is Norwegian but resides in the Czech Republic during her current studies in veterinary medicine.
Kristoffer is a guide and craftsman with a strong attraction to nature. He is a trained glacier guide and has worked on Svalbard for several years guiding on blue ice, in a kayak, on a snowmobile, and skis.
Kristoffer also has several long expeditions behind him, in places like Svalbard, Greenland, Norway, Canada and Nepal.
On trips, Kristoffer is steady, confident, and full of stories about expedition life.
Gaute is an educated Arctic Nature Guide from UIT and has extensive experience from trips in Arctic regions.
He has participated in the Femundløpet, cycled the length of Norway, and paddled a canoe through Finnish Lapland, in addition to countless long ski trips and expeditions on skis in Svalbard and Norway.
Gaute is calm and smiling, and often shares his three favorite things about being outdoors: hot coffee, telemark skiing turns, and beautiful views.
